How It Works

Thermodyne's innovative fluid shelf technology continuously circulates fluid through each shelf in the cabinet maintaining an exact and even temperature. This innovative method of gentler temperature cooking preserves the foods natural moisture and flavour without overcooking.

Conventional ovens use convection fans that rely on hot air to heat the food. This outdated method of cooking ultimately leads to reduced quality and yield due to uneven cooking temperatures and dehydrated food.

Thermodyne uses conductive technology to heat food faster than convection allowing users to cook larger quantities of food at a lower temperature in less time!
