How It Works
Freshly
Cooked Spaghetti
(all models)
At the touch of a button the clear plastic
carousel revolves and the automatic shutter
releases a single portion of spaghetti
into the ‘closed system’ cooking
chamber. Every portion is prepared in its
own fresh
batch of water and with temperature between
110°C and 125°C, killing any potential
bacteria or germs.
The spaghetti is then
dispensed into your choice of a takeaway
bowl or
restaurant plate.
Freshly
Cooked Spaghetti and Sauce
(models PUS
and PUSV)
Upon selecting a sauce, one pouch from
the chosen sauce menu is heated whilst
the spaghetti is cooked (as outlined
above). The sealed bag of heated sauce
is dispensed alongside the freshly cooked
pasta. The member of staff or customer
simply opens the easy-tear sachet and
adds the sauce to their pasta.
