How It Works

Near instant temperature recovery is achieved as circulating steam rushes to condense below the cooler food product.

Steam is disbursed to the food when the lid is in the closed position, reducing most cook times by up to 50%. The addition of steam allows food to retain moisture and natural flavours, making it nearly impossible to dry food out.

With no hot or cold spots American Griddle is ideal for inexperienced AND experienced cooks. The uniform surface temperature reduces the margin for error, consistently producing quality food.
